Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Ishopamine, based in Saudi Arabia ("we", "us"), the operator of Shofing.Dopamine. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

WHAT SHOFING.DOPAMINE IS

YOUR ACCOUNT

• You must be of legal age in your country to create an account and to buy credits.
• Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

ACCEPTABLE USE

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam or impersonation.
• No infringement of anyone's intellectual property.
• No interference with the security of the service: no malware, probing, scraping, automated collection, or attempts to manipulate balances, credits or collections.
• No reselling, redistributing or reverse engineering any part of the service.

PURCHASES, BILLING AND MEMBERSHIP

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

• Credit packs are one-off purchases. Credits are added to your wallet once payment completes.
• The Infinite membership renews automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. Each new billing period drops that period's credits into your wallet.
• You can cancel the membership at any time from your profile. Cancellation stops future renewals; access and benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change; changes apply from your next billing period.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We own the service, its software, imagery, branding and content, except for third-party brand names shown for discovery and editorial purposes, which remain the property of their owners. Showing a brand or product does not imply any partnership or endorsement.

SERVICE LEVEL AND WARRANTIES

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law. Real-world prices, specifications and availability shown in the app are indicative only and may be out of date.

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or close an account for material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. Virtual credits and collections associated with an account closed for abuse are forfeited.

LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
