Refund Policy

Purchases are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles payments, invoices and refunds on our behalf.

CREDIT PACKS

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase for credits you have not used. Once Dopamine Credits have been spent inside the app — on an acquisition or any other in-app action — that part of the purchase has been consumed and is no longer refundable. Refunded credits are removed from your wallet.

INFINITE MEMBERSHIP

You can cancel at any time from your profile. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active until it ends and is not pro-rated. A renewal charge can be refunded within 14 days if the credits dropped for that period have not been spent.

ALWAYS REFUNDED

• Duplicate or accidental double charges.
• Payments where credits never arrived in your wallet.
• Charges you did not authorise.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Visit paddle.net with your order email, or write to support@ishopamine.com and we will raise it with Paddle for you. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

A REMINDER ABOUT CREDITS

Dopamine Credits are virtual, have no cash value, and cannot be converted into money or real-world goods. A refund reverses your payment; it never pays out the value of credits.
