WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY

• Account data — name, email, country, city, sign-in credentials and sign-in provider. Used to create and run your account. Basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Activity in the app — wallet balance and credit history, collections, wishlists, achievements and preferences. Used to provide and personalise the experience. Basis: contract and our legitimate interest in improving the product.
• Support messages — what you send us. Used to answer you. Basis: contract and legitimate interest.
• Technical data — device type, approximate location from your time zone, IP address and error logs. Used for security, fraud prevention and reliability. Basis: legitimate interest and legal obligation.
• Marketing — only if you opt in; you can withdraw consent at any time. Basis: consent.

PAYMENTS

We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, who acts as an independent controller for billing, tax and invoicing. We receive only the confirmation, amount, currency and the pack or membership purchased.

WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH

• Hosting, database and email providers acting as our processors.
• Paddle.com, for sale of our products, subscription management, payments and tax.
• Professional advisers such as legal and accounting.
• Authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Our providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

RETENTION

We keep account data while your account exists and for up to 24 months afterwards, and payment records for as long as tax law requires. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, a copy in portable form, restriction of processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@ishopamine.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

SECURITY

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to those who need it, and wallet balances can only be changed by our protected server logic.

COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE

We use essential storage only: keeping you signed in and remembering basic preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
